Tyypillist\u00e4 n\u00e4ille lapsille on, ett\u00e4 heill\u00e4 on suuria vaikeuksia sosiaalisessa vuorovaikutuksessa ja kommunikoinnissa. Laadukkaan ja onnistuneen hoidon esteeksi voi muodostua sairaanhoitajan osaamattomuus kommunikoida lapsen kanssa, jolla on autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mik\u00e4 on autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6 on aivojen neurobiologinen kehitysh\u00e4iri\u00f6, joka vaikuttaa tapaan, jolla lapsi kommunikoi, on vuorovaikutuksessa, havaitsee ja kokee ymp\u00e4r\u00f6iv\u00e4n maailman. Autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6iden p\u00e4\u00e4oireet ovat poikkeavuudet sosiaalisessa vuorovaikutuksessa ja kommunikaatiossa sek\u00e4 esimerkiksi rajoittuneiden kiinnostuksen kohteiden ja toistuvien toimintamallien ilmeneminen. Autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6n omaavat lapset voivat k\u00e4rsi\u00e4 my\u00f6s aistiherkkyydest\u00e4, erilaisista neurologisista h\u00e4iri\u00f6ist\u00e4 sek\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6-, kuulo- ja liike-ongelmista. (Moilanen ym. 2012.) Autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6iden diagnoosi ja kuntoutussuunnitelma toteutetaan moniammatillisena yhteisty\u00f6n\u00e4. Oireiden oikea-aikainen tunnistaminen ja kuntoutustarpeiden m\u00e4\u00e4rittely parantaa merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti autismikirjon h\u00e4iri\u00f6n omaavien lasten ennustetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lapsen sairaalak\u00e4ynneist\u00e4 saattaa tulla siet\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6mi\u00e4 ja laukaista lapsella ahdistuksen tunteita, jos h\u00e4nen tarpeitaan ei ymm\u00e4rret\u00e4. Sairaanhoitajilla tulee olla hyv\u00e4t kommunikointiotaidot hoitaessaan erityistarpeita omaavia lapsia. (Rooth &amp; Oliver 2016.) Lis\u00e4ksi sairaanhoitajille on oltava riitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti tietoa ja selkeit\u00e4 toimintak\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4, miten toimia&nbsp; autismikirjon omaavien lasten kanssa sairaalahoidon aikana (Fraatz 2021). Sairaanhoitajien tulee vastata hyv\u00e4st\u00e4 hoidon laadusta, ja autismikirjon omaavien lasten kanssa onnistunut kommunikointi mahdollistaa tasokkaan hoidon tarjoamisen (Brown &amp; Elder 2014).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opastusvideo auttamaan viestint\u00e4\u00e4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Videoiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 opetustarkoituksiin on yleistynyt, ja ne ovat osoittautunut tehokkaiksi opetusv\u00e4lineiksi (Brame 2016).
