Tunteisiin vaikuttavat my\u00f6s ryhmien, organisaatioiden ja yhteis\u00f6iden normit ja rooleihin liittyv\u00e4t odotukset (Hochchild 1983). &nbsp;Voidaan v\u00e4itt\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 tunteet eiv\u00e4t ole yht\u00e4\u00e4n v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4 tai v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n aitoja virtuaalisissa ty\u00f6ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6iss\u00e4 kuin muuallakaan (Fineman ym. 2007).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tunteet vaikuttavat ty\u00f6ss\u00e4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tunteet ovat mukana ty\u00f6ss\u00e4mme, vaikka ty\u00f6ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 niit\u00e4 s\u00e4\u00e4dell\u00e4\u00e4n ty\u00f6ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6jen normeja mukaillen. Ihmisill\u00e4 on tunteisiin skeemoja eli malleja siit\u00e4, millaisia tunteita erilaisissa rooleissa odotetaan <a>(Sy &amp; van Knippenberg 2019). <\/a>My\u00f6s ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ihmisill\u00e4 on tarpeita ilmaista tunteitaan (Nadler &amp; Lowery 2009). Tunteilla on taipumus my\u00f6s tarttua (Wr\u00f3bel ym. 2021). Johtajien ns. positiivisilla ja negatiivisilla tunteilla on kuvattu olevan yhteyksiss\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden suoritukseen (Sy &amp; van Knippenberg 2019). Tunteilla on yhteys ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 suoriutumiseen ja organisaatioon sitoutumiseen (Ozcelik ym. 2008; Nadler &amp; Lowery 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaikuttaa silt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 hyv\u00e4t keskin\u00e4iset suhteet ty\u00f6yhteyksiss\u00e4 antavat virtaa ja motivoivat ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 (Ragins &amp; Button 2007; Carmeli 2009). Et\u00e4ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 juuri yhteyden kokeminen ja keskin\u00e4iset suhteet koetaan usein haasteeksi, ja siksi et\u00e4ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6iss\u00e4 kannattaa kiinnitt\u00e4\u00e4 huomiota tunteisiin liittyv\u00e4\u00e4n voimaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huomioi tunnetilat \u2013 ja ole kuin termostaatti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Distance LAB-hankkeen (LAB 2023) verkkotapahtumassa 29.11.2023 puhunut Mia Liljeberg (2023) kehottaa et\u00e4ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6iss\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelevi\u00e4 kiinnitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n huomiota siihen, miten et\u00e4ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6iss\u00e4 on tapana ilmaista tunteita. H\u00e4nen mukaansa tunteet j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t et\u00e4ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 liian helposti sivuun. Jos tunteita ei n\u00e4ytet\u00e4, ihmiset saattavat v\u00e4sy\u00e4. My\u00f6nteinen palaute ja my\u00f6nteiset tunteet taas energisoivat yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4. L\u00e4mmin ilmapiiri on v\u00e4litt\u00e4v\u00e4 ja keskittyminen teht\u00e4viin ja ihmissuhteisiin ovat tasapainossa. Viile\u00e4 ilmapiiri on hiljainen, passiivinen ja t\u00e4ysin asiakeskeinen. H\u00e4n kuvaa t\u00e4t\u00e4 termostaattivertauksen avulla. Kokouksen johtaja voi tarvittaessa tuoda viitoittaa osallistujia keskittym\u00e4\u00e4n asiaan ja antaa suuntaa ja varmistaa my\u00f6s my\u00f6nteist\u00e4 ihmisten keskin\u00e4ist\u00e4 ilmapiiri\u00e4. Liljeberg muistuttaa, ett\u00e4 tunneilmastoa rakentavat kaikki osallistujat.
