On 24\u201226 September 2024 Co-LIFE project (LAB 2024) team gathered in Denmark for the context meeting. The meeting was organized by AU BTECH in Herning and Aarhus and included a dense and exciting programme. During the meeting, partners jointly discussed details of the Impact-Focused Entrepreneurship course pilot which will be held in India and online in January-March 2025. Partners discussed the competences and learning materials and created working groups for each educational module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two modules will be organized face-to-face in Goa in January and Mumbai in March. The rest of the modules will be held online and will include group project work and individual studies. Partners agreed to integrate innovative and engaging methods to motivate the Mater students. For example, some of the online lectures will be organized as interviews with the industry professional, and some of the modules will contain hands-on workshops online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the course development, Co-LIFE project also focuses on developing collaboration with various stakeholders: companies, NGOs, and authorities. The second day of the meeting was dedicated to this task and included visiting Klimatorium in Lemvig. Klimatorium is a very dynamic place, a vibrant hub focused on tackling global climate challenges through collaboration on multiple levels (so called Quadruple Helix approach). It is a great benchmark of dialogue between public and private sectors, research institutions, and civil society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through various Horizon Europe projects, Klimatorium (2024) co-create innovative solutions for coastal climate issues, green energy, water, and the circular economy. One of the examples presented during the visit, was a project addressing the grey water though the nature-based solutions, involving citizens in collaboration, which raised many interesting discussions, including joint projects in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating greater impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the third day, the project team traveled to Aarhus to visit the Kitchen, a creative innovation hub that fosters collaboration between startups, investors, and established companies to drive impactful ideas forward (The Kitchen 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kitchen is a co-working space where entrepreneurs can network, develop their visions in reality, get access to various resources, including mentorship and laboratories. During the third day, the project partners defined a wider outreach of the project to academic communities and companies.  Such, during the week in Goa, the event for professionals will be organized to create greater impact.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
