Sen p\u00e4\u00e4teht\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 on tarkoitus auttaa organisaatiota kasvamaan kannattavalla tavalla. (M\u00e4kinen &amp; Kahri 2010, 14\u201315.)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brand Wheel on br\u00e4ndin kehitt\u00e4misen ty\u00f6kalu, joka auttaa organisaatioita m\u00e4\u00e4rittelem\u00e4\u00e4n ja kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n br\u00e4ndi\u00e4\u00e4n asiakkaan \u00e4\u00e4nell\u00e4, Mulder (2019) pohtii. Analyysity\u00f6kalu koostuu yleens\u00e4 3\u20135 keh\u00e4st\u00e4, joissa analyysi kulkee ulkoreunoilta sis\u00e4lle p\u00e4in ja vastaa tuotteen ja palvelun osalta kysymyksiin asiakkaan n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta (Kuva 1). Kokonaisuuden ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen luo organisaatioille kilpailuetua vain, jos jokainen organisaatiossa oleva henkil\u00f6 ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 ja osaa soveltaa br\u00e4ndistrategiaa omassa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n. T\u00e4m\u00e4 luo voimakkaan kytk\u00f6ksen organisaatiokulttuurin muotoutumiseen. T\u00e4st\u00e4 syyst\u00e4 br\u00e4ndin ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen on aivan yht\u00e4 t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 kuin br\u00e4ndin fyysinen rakentaminen. Brand Wheel (Sandberg 2020).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Good Hair Day -kollektiivi&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/goodhairday.fi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Good Hair Day<\/a> (GHD) on afrosuomalaisista koostuva antirasistinen kollektiivi, jonka tavoitteena on lis\u00e4t\u00e4 representaatiota Suomessa, laajentaa kauneusnormeja sek\u00e4 keskustella avoimesti afrosuomalaisuudesta (kuva 2). Sandbergin (2020) mukaan kollektiivin tahtotila oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, mink\u00e4laisia mielikuvia kollektiivin afrosuomalainen yhteis\u00f6 liitt\u00e4\u00e4 GHD-br\u00e4ndiin. Br\u00e4ndiin liitett\u00e4vist\u00e4 mielikuvista toteutettiin kyselytutkimus, jonka tuloksia analysoitiin Brand Wheel -ty\u00f6kalun avulla.
